Please note that in the course of providing the services, we collect and maintain aggregated and anonymized information which we may retain indefinitely.

We have a system of retention periods in place to ensure that your information is only stored whilst it is required for the relevant purposes or to meet legal requirements. Where your information is no longer required, we will ensure it is disposed of in a secure manner. Security logs are retained for 60 days and backups for 30 days.

Please note that we reserve the right to request additional information from you to verify your identity before we can provide the information to you, or to your authorized agent if you are a California resident making a California request or an EEA resident making a subject access request.
